Belgian issue "A heart for"

On January 27th 2003 the Belgian Post issued a series of 6 different stamps, entitled "A Heart For". The stamps depict various relief workers, including a motorcycle police officer. Ad van Tiel has some special variants of this issue.
Firstly, the entire series on a card with pre-cancellation Chimay 25-01-2003, also with a signature of the designer Désiré Roegist. She designed many stamps for the Belgian post. Désiré Roegist is also a much sought-after illustrator for books and a creditable draftsman and painter.
